2026 - 2027 Physical Physical Due Dates

Completed physical exams must be uploaded and signed/submitted by student-athlete and parent on their planeths.com accounts by the following dates.

Fall sport: July 27, 2026

Winter sport: November 2, 2026

Spring sport: February 22, 2027

 

Step 1: Online Registration  Important: New Athletic Registration Platform Belleville Athletics is now using a new athletic registration system. To register for sports, upload physicals, and complete required forms, please visit: www.arbiter.io Step 2: Pre-participation Physical Schedule an appointment with your physician to complete a physical exam. Any student with current or history of asthma or allergies must have an action plan on file updated every school year.  Please take the applicable forms with you to your physical appointment.
